Sessions update


Firstly my apologies for the lack of updates on here, 'The Box' has/is going through a change so I have allowed this to slip, however that will no longer be the case.

So the last three sessions have been:

Wednesday:

Session:

400m Run
x10 Burpee
x30 Press-ups
x60 Air Squats
x10 press-ups
x30 Air squats
x60 Burpee
x10 Air squats
x30 Burpee
x60 Press-ups
400m Run

Friday:

Session:

With an Olympic bar @3/4 BW do:

Front squat x6
Dip & Drive bar over head into back squat postion.
Back squat x4

Rest 60 sec: Complete x10 walking lunge (10 L/R)

2 min between sets

5 sets.

Saturday:

Session:

Playing at the park: MOVNAT type session @55 min.

Sunday:

Session:

100 Rep warm-up.

Then:

Skip @4min
x40 Air squat
x40 KB Swing (American)
x40 Med ball slam
skip @3min
x30 Air squat
x30 KB Swing (American)
x30 Med ball slam
Skip @2min
x20 Air squat
x20 KB Swing (American)
x20 Med ball slam
skip @1min
x10 Air squat
x10 KB Swing (American)
x10 Med ball slam

Then

Med ball & Tyre work.

That should bring us upto date.
