Right back from hols:
Session: Wed 14/07/2010
Interval work:
Air squats (TABATA protocol)
20 sec work / 10 sec rest @ 4 cycles (4 min)
1 min rest:
Burpee: Reverse TABATA protocol: 10 sec work / 20 sec rest @ 4 cycles (4 min)
50 sec rest:
Sprints: 20 sec work / 20 sec rest @ 8 cycles.
40 Sec rest:
Then: Using a work & rest ratio of: 20 sec work / 20 sec rest, complete:
x10 Air squat
x5 Burpee
Above to be completed inside the 20 sec work time.
Anytime left of the work time is to be added onto the allocated rest time:
(exercises completed in 18 seconds gives a total rest time of 22 seconds etc)
Keep going until the round can't be completed in the 20 sec work time. (note rnds completed)
